Skanda Foundation is a Chennai-based design-and-build practice offering architectural design, structural & MEP engineering, construction & project management, interior design, and landscape design. Founded by Ezhilvendan and architect Mrs. E. Vijayalakshmi, we’ve grown from individual residential projects — our earliest documented work dates to 2008 — to multi-unit apartment developments and commercial spaces, while keeping the same principle at the center of every job: one team, fully accountable, from first sketch to final handover.

Our name comes from foundation — because that’s what we believe good design and construction should be: the dependable base everything else stands on.
