Founded by Ezhil R. and architect Vijayalakshmi B., we bring together decades of combined experience across design and construction. Our name comes from foundation — the dependable base we believe every successful project should stand on.

Ezhil R. — Civil Engineer & Contractor

With professional experience dating back to 1996, Ezhil R. is a Civil Engineer and experienced Contractor with extensive knowledge of construction, project execution, and site management. Over the years, he has worked on a diverse range of residential and commercial projects, developing strong expertise in transforming plans and concepts into well-executed structures. Ezhil is known for his practical approach, attention to structural and technical details, and commitment to quality workmanship. He believes that successful construction depends on careful planning, responsible execution, quality materials, and close attention to detail.

Vijayalakshmi B. — Architect

Vijayalakshmi B. is an experienced Architect with a portfolio of more than 30 projects across a variety of project types. Her approach to architecture focuses on creating spaces that are visually appealing, functional, comfortable, and suited to the people who use them. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in understanding client requirements, creating design concepts, planning spaces, and coordinating architectural ideas with the practical demands of construction. Her architectural perspective contributes to every aspect of a project—from the overall character of a building and its spatial planning to proportions, functionality, material selection, and finishing details. For Vijayalakshmi, good architecture is about creating the right balance between aesthetics, comfort, functionality, and practicality.
